This is a popular and commonly
seen "generic" swiss dive
chronograph case from the '60s and
'70s, identical to the
Aquaplunge
and
caribbean 200 in this photo.
Like many of the independent watch
brands of the era, I have never seen
the Paul Maret name before. The
movement and inside case back are
signed Palmer Sales Corp, also
unknown.

The Valjoux 7736 movement was
used in Breitling Navitimer and
Heuer Autavia chronographs of the
same era.
