The Jenny Watch Company (pronounced Yanni) produced a number of high quality dive watches as part of their "caribbean"
product line, many of them branded for a variety of independent watch companies. Jacques Monnat is one of the independent
brands commonly associated with Jenny caribbean watches. Along with the "caribbean" (note the lower case c) signature on the
dial, this watch also has a style of hands and bezel common to other Jenny caribbean watches.
This model 2002 is identical to the O&W branded model 2002 seen in this catalog advertisement from 1969. The ad states this
watch was "created for men of action". The catalog can be seen here at Chuck Maddox's web site.
